    Which security should be given to a Windows 2008 R2 domain user to enable him/her to activate Windows 7 Enterprise OS through the Internet (Windows Activation).

    We have thousands of Windows 7 Enterprise PCs and we want to give couple of technicians this task only without giving them administrative rights.

    why don't you use a kms server for your network enviorement?

    We are aware of KMS, but we have some subnets which have direct access to the internet, and we would like their technicians to activate Windows 7 through it without KMS.
