After upgrading PCs to the Windows 10 2004 build, Windows Update is giving the following message: We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected
to the Internet.

Here are some of the troubleshooting steps I’ve done so far that haven’t worked:
- Sfc /scannow
- Dism /online /cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- Ran a Windows script to reset/clear Windows update. Basically stops all the services, renames the WindowsUpdate folders (catroot2 & SoftwareDistribution) and then restarts the services

net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc

- Ran the Windows Update Troubleshooter
- Tried LAN and Wifi connections
