Proclarity Dashboard Error - This user is not authorized. RRS feed

  • We get an error message:  "This user is not authorized".  when trying to access Dashboard. (http://provider/Dashboard/Not sure how this happened.  We are able to get into Proclarity Professional and save items, but I cannot access the Dashboard Studio.


    No changes were made on the server nor did any user name or passwords expire or change. We are using Citrix.

    Any Help would be greatly appreciated

  • Can you use forms authentication and the built-in Dashboard adminstrator to login and check that the LDAP provider is configured for your AD and functioning properly?

  • Ben,

    We are now getting a logon screen on Dashboard.  We have tried every username and password to try and access the admin section on Dashboard but no luck.

    I don't know what else to do.  We will open a Microsoft issue if we do not hear back.

  • You can check the dashboard database for the admin user name (it will be "Administrator" by default), but the password is encrypted so you'll have to recall what that is.
