Call history/log dont show for some users RRS feed

  • Good Day,

    Some users dont get call logs/history in their Skype clients. I checked that this setting is enabled.

    Still doesnt work.

    Did you mean you can’t find Lync conversation history in the conversation history folder in outlook client? Did the issue only appear on the specific client?

    If the issue only appeared on the specific client, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
    1.Clear Lync cache files and test again: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com
    2.Perform a clean boot on your computer: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
    3.Try to repair office.
    4.Make sure your Lync client with the latest update.

    Moreover, please press Ctrl and right click Lync icon in the taskbar, open configuration information. On the open page check if EWS status and MAPI status are OK.
