Recipient Domain Limitation

    Question

  • Hello everybody. 

    I am gonna stop users from sending emails to some specific domains. 

    how can i set this limitation in Mail Flow Settings?

    i can not find it :(

    Please refer to the following picture to create a transport rule:

    You can replace the domain (a.com) above to fit your needs.

  • The only way I know to do that is with a transport rule.

  • You can read up on how to configure transport rules and craft one that matches your requirements.

    Or you can use the GUI, which is pretty good for transport rules.
