However, when the backup software finally gets me past the prompt for credentials, the network locations only show the hard drives on controllers - it does not show me the hard 1TB hard drive that is USB connected ? Is there something else that I need to do on the XP machine or Vista machine so that it will show the USB attached hard drive ? Thanks, Glenn
