Error while recieving file in MS Lync 2010 RRS feed

    Hello,

    I have faced with a problem in Lync 2010, when i am recieving file from my colleagues it generates an error message and when i click don't send lync is geting exit. Finally i uninstalled it but it's impossible to reinstall it again.

    Hi,

    Would you please tell me details about error message you received?

    Please try to close all of other programs including antivirus software and test the issue again.

    Have you tried to login on other computer and receive the file?
