Hi Peter,
Are you using Skype for Business server deployed on premises or Skype for Business Online from Office 365 ?
On premise server deployment you can define the meting urls but you cant im afraid for Skype for Business Online.
With Skype for Business server you can have a dedicated meeting space that uses the same url for each meeting but with SfB online it uses a new meeting space for each meeting so the meeting urls are always different.
