  • Hi,

I'd like to confirm with you for more details:

    1. What do you mean by "calendar message"? Meeting invite email, appointment or meeting?

    2. Do you mean attachment was added to calendar items automatically?

    3. Does it happen to all messages or one specific messages?

We can first check if it also occurs on the web mail.

Any updates, please feel free to post back.

    Regards,

    Perry

  • Hi,

Does this issue happen to all the meeting invite or specific one?

Please try sending meeting invite on the web mail to see if same issue occurs. This helps determine whether this issue lies on server-side or client-side.

You can try opening Outlook in safe mode to see if the issue continues. Please exit Outlook, press Win key + R to open the Run command, type outlook.exe /safe and then press Enter. This helps eliminate whether the problem lies on any third party add-ins.

    Regards,

    Perry
