    Hi everybody,

    Is it possible get running Exchange connector On Premise & Service to Service (Online) at the same time?. I mean. What if i have users with their email profiles on Premises, but they are migrating to O365?. Some users will continue with their profiles on premises but other have their accounts in O365, so we need to manage conditional access to both.

    I tried to setup it on a lab environment, and when i setup Service to Service, it removes the on premises connection.

    Hello,

    Intune only supports one on-premise Exchange Connector connection. You can't configure two Exchange Connector connections at the same time.

    Additionally, for the users migrated to O365, you can apply the conditional access without using Exchange Connector.
