• I would rather use Finish var% = (Finish Var/BL Duration)* 100.

Hope this helps,

• Hi Vinod,

I'm sure it is quite possible, it is just a matter of identifying the formula. What you do expect of the finish variance %? Would it be the finish variance divided by the project duration?

After you know the formula, you just have to create a project enterprise custom field, and enter the formula.

Hope this helps,

• Hi Vinod,

This is actually my point. This is not something that exists out-of-the-box and neither in the project management best practices. So if you do need it, you should have an idea of what you need/want, or you should define your need, I cannot make it out for you.

I could surely propose something (finish variance/duration) but I don't know if it is what you want.

Hope this helps,

• Actual what i need is "Finish Variance Percentage". But my doubt is:
Finish var % = (Finish Var/Duratioin)* 100
or
Finish var% = (Finish Var/BL Duration)* 100

which one is correct?
