Changing the default user account email

I use Windows 10 Home, and need to change the old default email address which seems stuck in the system, as timehas moved on since I first switched it on and I need the new email address to connect with my Microsoft account, One drive, and outlook calendar. Can't seem to find the usual 'User Accounts' in Settings, though I am the Administrator and only user of this PC.

Hi,

To change the Microsoft account for applications, you can see settings here:

To change the login Microsoft account, we may need to create new one, for some settings, we may need to use this way to do some transfer.
