    Can we install WSUS on a WDS server ?

    Absolutely! I ran WSUS & WDS on Server 2008 R2 for many years, and now have WSUS & WDS on a Server 2012 system.

    What are the pre requisites for WSUS server in a domain environment ?

    There are no distinctions in the prerequisites for use in a domain environment. WSUS is not AD-Aware; it is simply a collection of webservices and fileservices that respond to requests from a Windows Update Agent.
