  • Hi Om,

    a) How many users are impacted?

I would say its only 2 OR may be 3. But on a single user its frequent.

    b) Was this working before ad suddenly broken?

This has been an issue from a long time and hoping for some KB (KB3085495)

)from MS. Which we installed and still getting the error.

    c) Any better with Outlook 2010?

    No.

    d) How does it behave while drafting an new email?

For the new email it always work fine.

    Thanks

  • Hi

We are running outlook in online mode.

No one has send on behalf permission. Send as permissions are also removed and re-added.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

    Please check from OWA.

Make sure no shared mailbox mounted on Outlook and switch to cache mode with "Download shared folder" box unchecked.

And try to recreate a profile to check this issue.

  • Hi Lynn,

    Thanks for your reply.

In OWA it always works fine. Recreating new profile will not be a solution here since we have multiple users accessing this mailbox and we have tried to create it for few users and tested but issue still persist.

    Any other thoughts !!

    Thanks
