Importing Management Packs

Question
-
Hello,
We have SCOM 2012 SP1 on our live environment and we are in the process of trying to mirror it in our test environment. I have installed SCOM in the test environment and I want to copy our management packs from live.
When I try to import the xml files I am getting the following errors;
This management pack cannot be imported.
: XSD verification failed for the management pack. [Line: 6, Position: 8]
The element 'Identity' has invalid child element 'PublicKeyToken'.
Can anyone offer advice?
Downloading the latest versions isn't an option as we need to mirror our live setup.
Many thanks

What is the meaning copy our management packs from live.?
For sealed MP such as windows OS MP , SQL MP
1) copy the original sealed MP which has the same version on production environment
2) Import the sealed MP into testing environment
For custom MP
1) In the operations console, export the custom management pack
2) Import the custom Management Pack into testing environment
Make sure that you has import sealed MP first and then custom MP
