    Hi vgahod,

You could refer to the following link about mobility: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh690030(v=ocs.15).aspx, of course, this link also apply to Skype for business server 2015. Please make sure internal autodiscover record to point to front end server.

  • Hi vgahod,

Did you mean external mobile is working?

To this issue, we suggest you add public autodiscover record in internal DNS, and point to public IP address of reverse proxy.

This sounds like a bad idea, unless your Wifi clients only have access to the Internet.   Mobile clients use the reverse proxy, as noted above.  If your Wifi clients share your internal DNS server, then they'll need access to your internal servers unfettered while on Wifi (No ACLS, etc).
