WSUS Error 8024401F on Server 2008R2 RRS feed

    Hello,

    Since some days I get on all Windows Server 2008R2 machines the error code 8024401F. My WSUS Server is already a W2K16 Server and all other servers as 2012 and 2016 are served fine. Only on all W2k8 machines I am facing this problems. Does anyone have an idea what I can do: No GPO changes where done.

    Hi Torsten,
      

    First of all, please visit the following URL on this part of the server 2008 client to check if it can be opened without error:
      
    > http://[YourWSUSserverFQDN]:[PortNUM]/ClientWebService/client.asmx
    > https://[YourWSUSserverFQDN]:[PortNUM]/ClientWebService/client.asmx (When connecting using SSL)
      

    When there is a problem, you may not be able to see the page that says "You have created a service", then you need to check the connection between the server and the WSUS server.
       

    In addition, providing Group Policy for this part of the Server 2008 client can also help analyze the problem.
