MAPI error

I use ChessBase 11 software to send files. However, the software will not perform this function any more. I get the following error message:

MAPI error

FileName: C:\Windows\system32\MAPI32.DLL

CompanyName: Microsoft Corporation

File Description: Extended MAPI 1.0 for Windows NT

FileVersion: 1.0.2536.0 (win7_rtm.090713-1255)

ProductName: Microsoft Windows Operating System

ProductVersion: 6.1.7600.16385

Error: The function cannot find a matching value

Can someone help me solve this problem. Thanks.

Hi,

This error could be caused by some software calling MAPI32.dll. I would like to know whether this error only occurs on ChessBase? I suggest that you reinstall this software. And check the issue in Clean Boot:

Note: Clean Boot is a step of troubleshooting, we can go back to normal by running MSCONIFG.

Oh, I forgot to add that I use Windows 7 Pro and email with Outlook 2007

I suspect the MAPI32.DLL file may be the issue but I can't effect a fix using info that I've already gathered on this forum.
