Feature Update for Windows 10 (business edition), 1909, x64 not being detected RRS feed

    i have Feature Update for Windows 10 (business edition), 1909, x64 approved but nobody is detecting that it is needed.  Any reasons why?  All my clients are 1903, x64.

    Check if the dual scan settings on the client terminal are as follows.

    Key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\DisableDualScan
    Value:1

    Hi jrauman,

    Thanks for posting on this forum.

    In my opinion, the best way to approve feature for the Windows 10 client is to let the client report "Needed" on the WSUS console. This may occur on your client where feature updates are approved in the WSUS console but not detected by the client. This is normal. This may be because the client does not qualify for the upgrade. 

    The best way is to approve the feature update package which displayed in the WSUS console shown "Needed". We could check  feature updates states as the following picture:
