Application Compatibility Manager error RRS feed

  • I get an error tring to open the ACT manager. all it says is MS ACT Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Why won't it open? is there log files that I can look at to troubleshoot this? I have tried to look for log files and event viewer errors but could not find anything. This is on a server VM with Server 2003 R2 SP2 and SQL 2005. It looks like the database is set up correctly as I ran the tool to do that and I can see the tables were created.

  • This was resolved by installing .NET 3.5 SP1
