I would like to collect some information about this problem:
Is it an internal conference or presented by external users?
How many users have this problem, only specific or most of all?
Did you use “Skype meetings app” or “skype for business web app” plugin or Skype for Business client and which
OS do you use, Windows or MAC?
Is there any error message or just a black screen?
Which version of Skype for Business server do you use, Online or on-premise server 2013/2015/2019?
We have noticed a black screen issue with MAC machine, please refer to this:

If it is your case, please refer to the workaround in the article. Install the Skype for Business server update,
and use Skype Meetings App instead.
