Issue with IOS devices while logging in to skype for bussiness client RRS feed

  • Hi

    I had a strange issue in my environment with respect to IOS devices, when any users from device try to login in to SFB client they are redirecting to O365 page and this affecting only IOS device users where as other device users were able to login without any issues? any suggestions

  • Hi pabbin,

     

    Did you enable the Modern authentications in skype for buisness?

     

    Try to uninstall the SFB app ,then install the latest version SFB app.if this problem will disappear.

    Apologies for delay in response , I managed to fix this issue by correcting the certificate on TMG.
