Web Application Proxy: Does it Support Passing Client Certificates Needed For System Center IBCM?

Since we don't have TMG at all and ISA 2006 is only supported until January 2017, we need a reverse proxy that will allow us to manage Internet-based System Center Configuration Manager 2012 R2 clients.

This link says this new version of WAP supports client certificates for Exchange Active Sync and Workplace Join, but doesn't mention System Center.

Does it also support requirements for System Center IBCM and allow the machine certificate's through for authentication over SSL?

Does this work for enabling Internet Based Client Management for System Center Configuration Manager 2012 R2?

When searching about this, all I could find was someone attempting to make it work and failing with no solution given.

Is there some required feature or protocol lacking in WAP for Server 2012 R2 that requires waiting for a future version of Windows Server to fix or should it work now?
