Office 2011 for mac

Hi,

In last months off 2010 I bought OFFICE 2008 STUDENT (with three (3) product keys) for mac, with free upgrade to OFFICE 2011. I upgraded to office 2011 (one (1) off the three (3) licenses). Now I have two problems:

I have n’t any product key for office 2011 and I want to change hd and rewrite office 2011 on the new disk!
I going to buy a second mac and I want to use the second product key to install office 2011.

The sticker on the box states:-

Office 2008 for Mac.

So complete, it comes

with an upgrade to

OFFICE 2011

when available.

Nowhere does it state that this is a limited time offer, not when I purchased Office 2008.

Please give me a solution for a product with three (3) product key which I bought with free upgrade to office 2011 (3 keys not one).

Hi,

In this forum, we mainly discuss technical questions about Office for Mac 2016.

Although it doesn't say it's a limited time offer, but based on my experience, if a user could upgrade from a previous version to a newer version, usually the user wouldn't get a new product key for the newer version.

However, it's my experience about some other products, not guaranteed.

I suggest you post the question in the Office for Mac 2011 forum, see if the engineers there are familiar with this topic:
