  • Hi kash,

    1. First check if Exchange 2010 MP is downloaded by scom agent

(Check in OperationManager event log for the following events

Event ID 1200 new MP request.

Event ID 1201 new MP received.

Event ID 1210 new configuration became active. )

    2. Check for the discovery and enable them

    1. ClientAccessRole.DiscoveryRule

    2. CorrelationEngineRole.DiscoveryRule

    3. EdgeTransportRole.DiscoveryRule

    4. HubTransportRole.DiscoveryRule

    5. MailboxRole.DiscoveryRule

    6. UnifiedMessagingRole.DiscoveryRule

What roles do the Exchange servers play ?

Has Agent proxy been enabled on them ?

Has the Exchange correletion engine been installed on the MS ?

  • Thanks Everyone and Specially Gautam !!

I issue got resolved by only enabling the Agent Proxy setting on agent for that server.

    Thanks everyone.
