Error 05-0000000D RRS feed

  • Question

  •

I get the error 05-0000000D on a TS and tryed out all 3 Methods described in KB930711 .
Just for a quick test I installed a 4.5 Terminal Server Client and run against the same SoftGrid Server.

This TS can refresh the applist and run them without any error.

How can I fix that on the non 4.5 TS clients ?

  • Hi

What exact version did you install on the TS that failed?

What version have you installed on the SoftGrid Managment Server?

On the TS that fails, do you see the application icons or is just the streaming not working?

  • The SoftGrid Management Server is running 4.5.0.1308 on english OS , lokal SQL Server include all actual patches.

The Terminal Server Client(s) that failed is 4.1.3.15 and a Test Maschine running 4.1.1.302 also. All are running German Version and are fully patched.

    They both got following error:

The SoftGrid Client could not update desktop configuration
    information from the server SGTSERVER.

The SoftGrid Client encountered an error parsing the
specified XML file. Please report the following error code
    to your System Administrator.

    Error code: 41112E-00E06005-0000000D

I can start the application by launching the OSD file by hand from the network share.

I see not the ICO files in the Client Management Console from applications that are loaded in that way into the cache.

If I try the same on a Terminal Server running 4.5.0.1305 against the same  SoftGrid Management Server it´s working well.

And I see all as well all ICOs.

    Still open for any hint
