Application automatically shuts down.

I have an application that I have sequenced a few times, but I keep getting the same results. When I go to launch it, it begins to launch but then it shuts itself down. I looked at the App V log and I get error 997.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Look for Sharing Violations, Access Denied, etc.
