    Did this issue occur to all users?
    Did this issue occur to the different PC?

    To troubleshoot this issue, could you give us a clear snapshot with English version of SFB client. For this issue, did you try to refer to the following steps to check if the issue persists:

    1. Update Skype for business client to the latest
    2. Rebuild SFB profile
    3. Login with a new account and login with this affect PC
