    Hi Mick,

By this issue, we could refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:

    1. Update CX600 to the latest
    2. Update Lync server to the latest
    3. Added key in registry on Lync client PC for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL - SendTrustedIssuerList set to value 0

  • But I have some account are work with PIN auth. It is co-existing with Lync 2010 Sip.domain.com still point to Lync 2010. I can't simulate the problem on Lab with actually same DNS records.

    Hi Mick,

    Welcome to our forum.

Did you mean this issue didn’t occur until now?

If that, in my option, it may be caused by DNS cache, we suggest you flush DNS cache on phone if the issue occur again.

If there are any questions or issues, please be free to let me know.
