    When accessing to Self service portal, the end users are asked for authentication all the time. What can be the reason?

    Hi

    Have you added the Self-Service Portal under the local intranet on the computer you access it from?

    i have the same problem here, but in my case i have self-service portal published on internet. Any sugestions?

    is this with both the fqdn and the netbios name?

    I had a similar issue with my previous 2010 portal.

    When i used the Netbios name and NOT the fqdn, my problem went away.

    Hope this helps.

    Ozge/Pedro,

    Adding the portal site to Trusted sites in IE security settings should stop the user credential prompts.
