  • I have hybrid exchange server

    When I am sending an email from office365 to on premises is not delivering to outlook web, but its appearing in mobile app and Microsoft office outlook pc application.

    and on-premises user emails only delivering to outlook web but not appearing in microsoft office outlook and mobile app.

    1.How many users encounter this issue? All or a part of?

    2.What's migration method you used?

     

    For mailboxes migrated to cloud, we suggest you create a new Outlook profile to update new configuration, then try again.

     

    You also could try the tool Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365 to fix the issue. The app can troubleshoot and fix several common Outlook problems, and run various check to make sure account settings are correct.
