SIP/2.0 400 The specified phone profile was not found. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

    I have a migrated location profile, from OCSR2, being referenced by a single user when you call there number.  The problem is the location profile has been removed when we de-commissioned the OCSR2 infrastructure.

    And calls to the user are failing, part of the error mesage i am seeing is:

    FailureResponseException: ResponseCode=400 ResponseText=The specified phone profile was not found.
    DiagnosticInformation=ErrorCode=13008,Source=LYNCFE.domain,Reason=Diagnostic headers removed for privacy.

    When I check out the users msRTCSIP-UserLocationProfile attribute is references a deleted object in the configuration side of AD, but there is nothing in the deleted object that I can see.

    Any ideas as to where to look next, its starting to do my head in.

    Cheers

    J
