Unable enable Window Disk Protection in Vista SP1 RRS feed

  • Recently, I installed Window Steady State V2.5 in Window Vista SP1 machine.

     

    When I enable the Window Disk Protection, there is a message prompt out

    "Window Disk Protection installation was not successful"

     

    I am having 75GB hardisk free space. My hardisk is a Dynamic

     

    Can Window Disk Proctection work in Dynamic Disk?

     

    Is anyone can helps? Thank you very much

    If this does not solve the issue, we may need to convert dynamic disk to basic to check the result.

  • I was reformated the computer in Vista with Basic disk format. The Window Disk Proection is working fine.

     

    I think Window Disk Protection unable to work with dynamic disk format.

    I tried the solution as per mention, but still unable to solve the problem.

     

    I think i need to convert my hard disk to basic disk. Hope it can solve the problem.
