DPM Agent Not Working for all servers RRS feed

  • All backups have stopped on my DPM 2016 server.  Error see, for all servers, is Agent Can Not Be Reached.  

    I can ping the DPM from the backed up server, but it is not seen in the File Explorer Network view

  • Hello Tim,

    What does the agents’ status show under the Management tab in DPM? Also try refreshing to check if the status updates.

    If this happens for all DPM agents, you migt consider a reboot of the DPM server.
