    Hello, I downloaded windows 10 today on my personal laptop that is running windows 7 sp1. The download is complete

    but the first thing asked for is a product key? No product key was supplied in the download? How do I proceed?

    I have a Sony tab 11 which has original windows 8 and I got the request for product key when updating to windows 10
