SCCM upgrade RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I would like to upgrade SCCM from 1802 to 1906 version. Do I need to apply upgrades one by one or just the last 1906?

Answers

  • You can go ahead and upgrade to the latest version that you see in the console in a single step.

Just be sure to run the pre-req check first as the more versions you are jumping in a single step, the higher the chances that you may have to perform any additional tasks before being able to upgrade. Sometimes these are non-trivial, such as OS or SQL version upgrades.
