Problems with PopUps

I am having problems with pop ups mostly when I am trying to open eBay web site through internet explorer. In the start window, some of my apps don't connect & my Internet explorer app, the proxy settings are not being configured. This is a brand new laptop.

I am frustrated. I have tried to trobleshoot with no results.

Can someone lead me in the right direction, plzzzzzz...

Hi,

Did you let us know what pop up when you open the eBay? Did you open it through the desktop Internet Explorer or new UI Internet Explorer?

For all Windows Store app, run the App troubleshooter to see if it could resolve:

Also do other steps in that article to have a try.
