  • How did you encounter this issue?

Does it fail to shut down? What about to boot in Clean Boot and Safe Mode to check the shutdown issue?

Also, please describe the issue clearly and provide the detailed symptom for our further research.

  • Hi Sabrina,

The first three events concerns shut down troubles causing by an application Appguard.  The shut down process doesn't terminate, I have a grew black screen (not black, but black with light) then after 5 minutes, my laptop reboot automatically. I caught the date and hours and check with the Event Viewer. That's you can see in my post.

The second part of my post, is concerning a few repetitive errors occuring every day that I found with Event Viewer. I don't know if there are important issues or not, you're going to tell me.

    Waiting for the next step.

  • Do you have the mouse on the screen?

Is this issue happens every time you turn on your computer or it just happens ones?

I have a thin pad and it works perfectly.
