One Server can't hit my WSUS Server - Code 8024401C

Howdy,
I have 5 machines that point to the same WSUS Server. All of a sudden, one of the machines cannot check in to get updates (the other 4 seem to work just fine). The error returned is Code 8024401C which is some sort of timeout.
If I tell the server to go out to Microsoft to get updates it IS able to check for updates just fine.
I've checked online and found people reporting IPV6, Sonicwalls, and other things as a possible cause. I haven't been able to get anything working so far.
Here's my windowsupdate.log file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Error 8024401C means that the server timed out waiting for the request.

According to the log, the client can't communicate with 'http://WSUSServer.Domain.net:8530/ClientWebService/client.asmx'.
Please try to run the server cleanup wizard on the WSUS server.
If it doesn't work, please try to re-index the SUSDB:
