Exchange 2010 Event ID 99 "The messaging notifications payload size has grown too large for user "user name"

I've been getting this error message in the event log for last several weeks.

Event Description: The messaging notifications payload size has grown too large for user "user name". The notifications infrastructure is either not picking up the payload or it is too slow picking up the payload.

Event Log Name: Application

Event Log Type: warning

Event Log Date Time: 2012-08-28 14:38:19

I can not find anything related to what this is all about?

Hi there,

Based on my research, this issue might be caused by organization message set to high. I'd suggest you run ExBPA to see the exact message and try the solution below:

If the issue continues, conact the user to see what he/she is doing when the event occurs.
