Firstly - I apologise that this is in the wrong section however I'm struggling to find a current 2007 Forum.
I've an issue where we have created a Sharepoint page that users can upload problems they are having with their processes. Each process has an individual owner and the uploader can select the most relevant person.
The problem I'm having is that I've created a Workflow that should send the Process owner an email to advise a new issue has been uploaded on the sharepoint site, however I cannot get the lookup to recognise the category that the users select from the sharepoint
site.
Breadcrumb trail:
User uploads issue information > selects from a list of radio buttons the issue owner > workflow then sends the issue owner an email to advise.
Can anyone assist with getting the workflow look-up to recognise the radio buttons so that the email can be sent accordingly.
