I have windows 10 on lap top. I do not have word. The words jumping into previous copy happens when I send an email or use google drive.

  Can you fix the above mentioned problem. I have windows 10.

  Hi,

  What’s the meaning of “The words jumping into previous copy”?

  Did this issue only occur in email or google drive?

  Please try to run following command  to check system files and recovery corrupted files, here are steps:

  1. Open Command Prompt (as administrator).

  2. Type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, and then press Enter.

  Please try to use clean boot to boot PC into a clean environment to see it the issue still occur.

  Please also check if the PC is up to date. (Type Windows Update in search box, then select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates.)
