How can I create more than 5 public URL for same site collection RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

In my application we have more than 5 public URL for same content.

But I found in SharePoint we can create single public URL for each zone and we can have total 5 zone. So We can not create more than 5 public URL.

Would you please let me know is there any work around for this.

    Thanks
    Robi

  • Hi,

Try using Add Internal URLs option inside Central Admin > Alternate Access Mappings > Add Internal URLs.

Here you can configure multiple Internal Urls for a given zone.

Please check the following link for reference (see section Add Internal URLs):

    Hope this helps!

  • Hi All

I have similar situation, that is we need to access same site collection with more than 5 URLs. But we dont want the redirection to happen i.e. internal URL (a.com) to Public URL for zone (b.com). If the user hits a.com then the pages to come as a.com but not as b.com.

Can this be achievable? Please suggest.
