Unable to add Custom Task code to My Work RRS feed

  • I've added two custom enterprise task codes to MSPS (2010).    Using Manage Views - I can add these codes to the Tasks Page - and they appear to the end user just fine.  

    We want thes to appear in the "My Work" view within the Timesheet.  I can add them to "My Work" view in (Modify View), - how ever, when I view the Time Sheet  (My Work view) - they do not display.      I went back and checked - and they ares still added to the view - yet they don't show up.    Any idea why?

  • Hi Randy--

    The data in timesheet is static as of the day the user creates the timesheet for the current time period. You may need to delete & recreate the timesheet to view the new changes.

  • When you say delete and re-create -  do you mean recreate a new timesheet for every resource?  If so, how will that affect past timesheets - or future timesheets that contain pre-populated hours (i.e. medical leave)?
