Transferencia de llamadas en el mismo Dial Plan OCS 2007 R2 RRS feed

  • Actualmente  contamos con un OCS 2007 R2 integrado con UM Exchange 2010.  nuestro Dial Plan es de 5 digitos y las transferencias entre las extensiones desde la PSTN e internamente funcionan.

    Hemos implementado un Call Manager (CISCO), las extensiones de esta plataforma es de 4 digitos. hemos detectado lo siguiente:

    1 . llamadas desde el Communicator hacia las extensiones de CISCO funcionan bien si se hacen sin pasar por el AA de Exchange.

    2. Llamadas desde la PSTN  hacia el AA de Exchange no funciona si se trata de llamar a una extension de CISCO, si se llama a una extensión del office comunicator funcionan correctamente.

    3. Tranasferencias entre las plataforma sin pasar por el AA funciona sin ningun problema.

    Agradecemos su apoyo con este issue, es necesario otro Dial Plan?, existe alguna configuración al respecto? no es soportada esta configuracion?..

  • Hi,

    Yes, you need to create a another Dial Plan and AA for the Call Manager.

    The UM server always routes the calls to Lync server preferentially if it find the Dial plan associating the Lync server as IP gateway. So please create other Dial Plan and just associate the Call Manager as IP gateway. And create new AA associating the Dial Plan.
