Running a brand new Dell N1710 Inviron laptop, with Win 7, 32 and 64 bit.
PROBLEM: Was running scan to research problem of the machine totally locking up intermittantly. The only problem it found was/is "Super Fetch not running". WOAH!!! It also said the problem wasn't fixed and to go to the Forum,
etc...ad nauseum for more info and possible fixes. I did, none found, I'm stuck!!! The machine locks up to the extent it displays no cursor or pointer, can't logoff normally, have powered down to restart so many times it's now running very slow
when it isn't locked up (frozen), and must boot in safe mode. HALP!!! I really would appreciate some ideas. Many thanks, Choc
