I recently download the program called VGEE which allows you to edit and add games to the windows games explorer, now I ran into a few problems while running the program which was my fault and in an effort to solve these problems I deleted a folder which was called something like 2421515661665411 or something around that. Its the folder that is located in
Using Regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / Microsoft / Windows / Current Version / GameUX /
In this directory you should see two folders one called Games and the other a load of numbers.
I deleted the one with the numbers, Now when I try to drag and drop a games shortcut into the Games Explorer the shortcut doesn't add itself ? Nothing happens.
This is the only thing I can think is the cause, as when I created a new account and I did the same thing in dragging and dropping a games shortcut it added itself to the Games Explorer.
So what I want is to know (if I can that is) how can I repair the Registry folder I deleted?
