I am having the following problem:
When I try to open IE7 I get a prompt asking me to save or cancel "navcancl". This problem started today. The first time it appeared I saved it I then opened it into word Pad anhd this is the message "

" I have no clue what all of that means but I tryed again and this time I cancelled it and IE7 closed. I have read over the previous messages and have tryed all of the suggestions. I looked in add/remove programs and can not find the update "931768" and yes I checked the box for show updates. Here's my windows info: Windows XP tablet Edition SP2 i use windows automatic updates and have manually checked the update site and there are no updates available for my PC. I have reset the windows firewall to default settings as well as IE7 sercurity. The only reason I can access this forum is because I didn't shut down the last window I had open before the problem started.
I take classes online and could use all the help I can get to fix this.
