Collecting list data from mobile devices?

Does anybody know of any third party products that allow you to collect SharePoint list data from an Iphone, Ipad or Android device? Something beyond mobile page access. something that allows you to seamlessly place a picture in a column by simply taking a picture with the device?

Could this be developed?
