How to force remove Outlook rules RRS feed

  • Hi

    One of my Customer having issue - Emails moving to subfolder which had Outlook rule on it.

    Outlook rules removed manually and by command switches multiple times but still emails coming from particular user are moving to that folder.

    Is there any way to force remove Outlook rules to back normal.

    Exchange Version - Exchange 2010 SP3

    Outlook Client version - Microsoft office professional plus 2010

    Any help will be appreciated.

  • Hi Kapil,

    You may try to delete the rule using MFCMAPI tool. For more instructions, hopefully you can find the following blog useful:
